A cyst is a fluid filled sac of tissue on the skin which can develop on the foot. Cysts are, generally, not painful but can increase in size. Some of the symptoms of cysts are as folllows: - Redness - Swelling - Mass changing in size - Difficulting puting on socks and shoes due to the size of the cyst - Soft to touch - Discomfort - Can be painful with trauma to the mass If you have a cyst it is important to see one of our podiatrists to assess it and offer the best treatment option for you depending on the size of the cyst and how it is affecting you.
